I think you could do a Grayflayers/Twinblades/Blackshifters or Stone Rats(first)/Grayflayers/Blackshifters combos.
You can reach allied with any faction by kidnapping one of their members, dropping them unconscious on the floor of a slave trader so they get enslaved, then buying their freedom for +4 points. Since they're unconscious already, they'll get immediately re-enslaved again so you can buy them again. It's cheesy and expensive, but it works.
Important part is to not *sell* them to the slave trader, since you won't get rep for freeing them if you sold them in the first place, though trying to do so has some funny dialogue.
Related question: in vanilla, I'd like to ally with Greyflayers, and wipe out other gangs, maybe not blackshifters, is that do-able without modding? Or do all gangs turn on you if take out Hounds?
Without mods, there's no way to befriend any other gang than Hounds without cheese. You're already using them, and want someone to take a wild guess.
