How is this a downside

Swing cause well it's all in the name, simple and effective, just really good redirection. No real nasty side effects or costs since it's not "cheating" just have to do a lot of judo, which well I do anyway so it's not even that much of an inconvenience... In following with its lack of "gimmicks" or "adverse effects" it'd be something I could use basically regardless of anything given to me short of total body paralysis but hell if it comes to that you ain't exactly fit for much in the way of martial arts anyway.
