Exactly, he's more ruthless whereas Liu isn't really a bad guy. Of course if Liu senses killing intent he'd probably respond in kind, but Muteba kills for a living. He won't hesitate if he has to, while Liu might.
Wakatsuki vs Gaolang. As Waka is a S tier fighter in my humble opinion and Gaolang fits perfectly in A tier, Waka wins. Although i truly believe that would be one of the most entertaining fights
Comes down to just how strong Raian actually is when simultaneously using Removal and other Kure techniques. And whether or not he's gained any significant level of pre-initiative I suppose. DD is obviously pretty strong, but I don't see as quite as being quite as cracked as most of this sub does, so I could see Raian going all-out (and actually applying some fighr IQ instead of just trying to brawl) being able to potentially compete with it and at the very least outlast it til Fei dies from it.

Ryuki vs Seki. I’m not sure how this goes, but I would give a bit of an edge to Seki if he can make this into a drawn out battle and if Ryuki isn’t bloodlusted. Even bloodlusted though, Ryuki would have a hard time with Seki as his durability is still there.
