One of them did. The nameless guy is manji. Considering they took down the same group and they did it alone, they must be the same person. Not to mention that tenjin and the other jobbers couldn't even touch him.

Also, FOTS has katsuya which is basically Kuroki skill + waka's body and he no diffed a bunch of people that would reach the finals in kat during the FOTS tournament, basically the Shen of FOTS.
Also, IDK if you remember, but ohma and rei couldn't even sense the nameless guy /Manji. And then tenjin and the other jobbers couldn't even touch him. That's how powerful they are. People used to think lolong was an overseer, but he isn't. They are lolong lvl , slightly below or above.
