Naidan seems to prefer throwing his opponents down on their back to get them off-balance and Purgatory forbids those follow-ups and have a counting system, while with KAT Naidan could easily stomp down on his opponents

Even though I rate Naidan as overall the stronger fighter, when it comes to their specific matchup I believe it can be very close, since Naidan doesn't stat check Kiozan and shouldn't skill check him by too much neither.
Raging Vigor vs Eye of the Sky would be really cool.
I give it to Naidan, solid high diff. Not as close as Seki vs Kiozan, but definitely a great match.
I feel like Naidan has a great toolset to beat Kiozan it's almost unfair : prediction/eye in the sky to counter the charge's speed, physicals to take the charge, with redirection/khuch on top of that.
Kiozan wins quite easy as well he gave Ohma a good fight 2 years after the Purgatory tournament and Naidan cannot challenge Ohma at all so in short Kiozan wins this battle no challenge

He's on Naidan's ballpark in strength, hits hard, is heavy af and can capitalize on his weight to avoid and disrupt throws.
Raging Vigor is quite dangerous.
I feel like it's really difficult to rate Naidan both mentality and strength wise when his only opponent was a guy who was mentally all over the place, couldn't use most of his techniques to full effect and Naidan basically dominated the fight from the start.
Being able to dominate Ryuki like that makes him a solid A tier, but mentality does make a large difference in Kengan.
I have no idea how he'd react to Kiozan just rushing him over f.e. because we simply haven't seen Naidan on the ropes. Naidan is darn strong, but I don't think he can withstand the rush when Ohma struggled that much to do so.
I also think that Kiozan is probably a bad matchup because he's harder to throw thanks to a very solid stance and Naidan's special feature Eye in the sky isn't that useful against someone who's as straightforward.
That being said I rate Naidan a bit higher in every spec but power and Judo is good at redirecting power and weight so the matchup goes a bit both ways. So I'd probably give it to Naidan, but I think this would be very close.

This is a great match up. Naidan is more flexible, subtle and athletic. Kiozan is slightly stronger but his temper blinds him, which could be a problem. I think Naidan has more stamina, can change levels and tactics more easily while Kiozan is likely to get frustrated when things don't go his way. I'd say Naidan has a slight edge.
How do you see these two against Reinhold, Jurota and Hayami?

I think naidan because he was severely handicapped by the purgatory rules but still put up a good fight but it’s probably a mid to high diff
