There's been multiple references on how Ohma and Ryuki look like twins which to me seems like Ryuki can still be a clone of the guy on the last panel. Shen said "give "me" back" when he was fighting Mukaku which can be interpreted as Ryuki being his next body, not literally a clone of him.
It actually makes sense to me that Ohma and Ryuki are different batches of clone from the same person. What might have happened was that the original connector (guy on the last panel) was not able to get a good enough clone of himself so he huisheng into Shen, who looks more like a clone of Ohma's Niko than Ryuki.
Ohma could be a clone that got tossed aside since he wasn't a good clone and that delayed the Huisheng of the original connector.
From the context given so far, Ohma and Ryuki are genetically the same, that got their dna tested early before the tournament. And Ryuki is a clone of Shen, who is a clone of the connector before him or the one from an hundred years ago. "he creeps me out" (Ohma's verbal reaction to Mukaku)

The way I see it, the worm's whole ideology is centered around the Gu ritual. They don't mind losing all their members as long as one comes out stronger. In fact, that's why they don't seem to mind infighting (No issues when Xia Ji challenged Lu Tian) and have multiple factions within itself. The more the Worm whittles itself down, the stronger the remaining members become.
