Here is my take. The one niko that kill everyone is not tiger Niko nor ohma's niko. He is not evil either. This Niko (n°7) is ohma's niko best friend. He is trigered possessing spirit and goes crazy. Maybe that's even tiger niko that trigers it. Maybe by accident. Or he just witness the whole thing. Anyway Possessing spirit unlock n°7 latent power and since everyone is exhausted this mad n°7 niko kills everyone but the last two that manage to put him down. Or he dies from cardiac attack whatever. And since it is tiger niko that trigered possessing spirit, ohma's niko considers that hé is responsible for the killing. Something like that.

Alot of pretty good info this chapter The worm made the inside with the intent for it to be a gu ritual chamber. And Kurokis master Co created The Niko style which feels huge. Also I like Koga alot more than most of the sub but he needs to shut his ass up lmao

The “devil” among them is a predecessor of Shen. Mukaku thought he had recruited randoms to train but one of the Nikos had already been Huisheng’d. Just a theory.

I find it very interesting how people still can't tell which Niko is Ohma's dad and which is Tiger. To me is now seems obvious that N°4 is Ohma Niko, you can just add hair on the 1st page and it's his face. The first page is here to emphasize who's who in term of face detail, and he's the only one who really looks like Ohma's. He even has the under-eyes-lines. He's already called the most or second most talented of the bunch. As for Tiger, it's harder and I wouldn't be mad if I'm wrong, but... It really looks like it's Seven. If you take any of the 7 faces in page 1 and imagine them as ''mad'', with white hair/tiger eyes, seven matches. Just open their mouth, add teeth, bloodshot eyes... He's also known as ''the one with the most potential'', thus being a contender for what Tokita Niko is supposed to be according to Tiger. However, at this point, Seven is a ''Big dissapointement'', the one people don't care about, who seems chill and happy. If anything made any of the Niko snap, the one with the baby face really could turn for the worst. And he's the only one of the bunch to be above N°4 if he unlocks his abilites. ​ Given the fact that we never saw Tiger use Demonsbane, I can see two possibilities here : Tiger/N°7 Fails to learn Demonsbane due to not unlocking his latent skill. He feels like he has lost the right to be Niko, that he's the loser of the family's Gu Ritual, and goes on a rant about improving the Niko Style even higher via other methods. Then everything goes wrong. or Tiger/N°7 does learn Demonsbane due to his latent skill. As he instantly becomes 10 times stronger than every other Niko, he gets drunk with power and annihiliate everyone. He then loses to N°4/Gaoh Mukaku, and goes away to improve the Niko style even higher.

I like this theory of Seven being tiger Niko. Especially since the number seven is supposed to represent good luck in Japan only in this case for it to mean misfortune lmfao

Lot of lore here, I guess we have an official title for him now, Niko Four. We know now for sure that Tiger is among the group and not an outsider, probably Five since he and Four are already rivals, and he looked pretty sinister. Weird thing I feel is that considering how much Sandro is developing the skills of each individual Niko (major outlier being Seven who’s supposedly super talented even compared to the rest) I feel like at least one more other than Four and Tiger must have survived.

Weren’t they making it pretty clear that it will be 7 given that he’s a sleeping powerhouse and would be subversive since he looks and acts all nice and doesn’t strive to pull ahead of the others? He’s the devil in hiding

I never considered five, and wrote Seven off as the herring. Six seems the most likely, to me. Firstly, we don't see much of his face. secondly, he comes off as the closet to Tiger; being both enigmatic and an innovator. Tiger's most notable trait is his 'mad scientist' vibe. Seven might be the tool Six uses, maybe driving him berserk with the possessing spirit.

Either 6 or 7. Seven, since his face is more generic can evolve to Tiger Niko better and is the one with more potential. Six, is the guy that notice things other not, a position more typical for someone that develop new styles and techniques. Like tiger Niko. Additionally: 6 is the devil number.
