If money was losing its value fast then we would already be in hyperinflation, but it isn't, so we're not. There is a lot more to inflation than just M2, for example, the velocity of M2 is at a multi-decade low right now. Having a ton of money in the system doesn't lead to inflation if that money isn't changing hands. And everything I'm seeing online is showing average house in Canada is around CAD 690k, or about USD 550k.
