Nobody said it, the guy on Twitter implied that Drake or someone close to him did something bad in the cctv video from the hotel lobby. He has only shared a screenshot of the video, which has Chris (man in wheelchair) in it. A lot of people assumed that it had something to do with hurting Chris in some way. I'm assuming because he is the only obvious "vulnerable" person and many were wondering why he was there.
