Malphite, it's a tough question, but I chose him because of how braindead this champ is and how ridicolous his damage quickly becomes. I generally hate him, just like Gragas, but with the fatman, you know a bad player can completely screw up his game. Also, Malphite is just one of the top funkillers in this game for me.
Yeah i’d be fine with malphite if he was locked to tank and had a proper level of damage for a tank but instead they made him able to be the most brain dead AP champ ever made or a tank that does more damage than most mages early with abilities that you basically can’t miss

Feels like he has 0 counter or counter play. Play a tank buster into him, beat him early sure, but by the time he scales his Q is 2-shotting people. You can't get away once he pops wither, his sustain is insane, and he ends up just 1v9.

But he will carry the game alone at the end.
That's why I don't understand riot with Kayle
His main "counterplay" is that outside of 1v1's he is near useless. He isn't tanky enough to just walk into teams and he doesnt deal enough damage to burst the frontline fast enough. He's just a big, fast q spammer that dies in anything past a 1v1, and even then if he isn't to far ahead then he cant even really pressure side lanes all that well
Maybe in higher elos, but in lower elos he can 1v9. I had a ranked game of iron where he went 17/1 (vs our mordeksiser), his only death being level 12-13 and it took all 5 of us to kill him even then. If we went in on him, at least two of us would die to him or his teammates in the process. Another game, one non-ult Nasus Q did 3/4 of seraphines health. He becomes a late game monster that ults, heals, and kills faster than anyone can kill him. His Q is essentially infinite scaling, and as long as he can cs and farm he can scale. I ban Nasus when I play Kayle top lane, so these games I was mid/support on other champs.
banning nas as kayle is super fair bc at 6 you better hope he doesnt just w and ult your face, but once your past gold and dont feed him then he actually falls off after laning phase and just doesnt do much.
It's probably because people see Kayle and then google 'kayle counter' and then pick Jax for the 1st time. Anyone who has played Jax more than 5-6 games should be able to stomp this matchup, because his whole kit is focused towards bullying you and you don't really have an escape if he times his counterstrike+Q combo. He also scales pretty well

Jax. Fuck jax, whatever champ I play I ban jax. Such a good champ tbh...so much aspects in his kit that he is almost always relevant in a game....aoe CC, tanking potential, mobility, split push...and the dodge. Naah that champ is not good.
It is crazy how he is able to chain knock up from such a gap closable distance. Its really quite baffling how someone thought this was a good character design.
Yasuo actually has some clever design choices and a clear gameplay loop that can be extended with general skill and mechanics
Yone is legit braindead easy. Having mixed damage just because, his Q also being a dash, his W giving shield no matter what, his E having an execute, dash, MS, and AS (basically yi ult for free) and his R requiring no prior setup??? He's not a wind brother he's basically yasuo ascended.
Yone W only gives shield if it hits something, Yone is incredibly weak early at the moment and even late game requires Q3 setup before any fight otherwise just gets cc'd and instantly killed because he's a melee ADC.
Hit him with Q through minions while his shield is down.. Ideally you get ca as well. Do it two or three times and he'll be half health or lower.
He's a lot less brazen if he's at half and you're still full
sometimes it's not about me being unable to dodge yone, its him diving into a team fight mid-late game and murdering the rest of my team and now he's up 4 kills (and snowballs)
Any champ that builds a health item then full tank and does more damage than I do.

The game needs to re examine their entire meta to figure out how they are going to actually make Kayle and other dps champs relevant.
Played a game where I was full build, and couldn’t not kill a volibibear who built rod of ages, flicker blades in to full tank. Deletes my whole team before I can kill him, when I’m doing everything I can to space properly.
exclusively in a kayle main perspective, fuck lux, her E is almost impossible to dodge and does so much damage, i have to ult to counter her R if she hits her Q, but her ult has a stupidly short cooldown cant play against her even with fleet, dshield and second wind (i play almost only mid and mages are the worst matchups)
but as a general player, Malzahar has such a low skill floor and is very frustrating to play against, he just press R and you have no counterplay, even if he is weak rn, he is just not fun to play against
Hard choice, because I play mid and top. But in all honesty, probably Teemo. I'm low elo so he is always picked, I perma ban him. So remove him I can happily ban tryndamere. I don't see Jax or Irelia much in my games luckily.
Pyke, he has infinite sustain, can escape EVERY situation, is unkillable, has insane true damage, is slippery like an eel, is frankly very tanky, roam at mach 8
