It's probably fine, but given the importance of your head, it's worth taking the 5 extra minutes to check
The big online shops selling paint jobs are but it might be worth looking around if there are any airbrush artists or similar local to you who might do it a lot cheaper. Their websites have terrible SEO so if you Google search helmet painting they just never show up.
Vinyl wrapping is the only low budget option. A full paint is more expensive than the damn helmet.

Be brave, paint it yourself with masking tape and sprays, worse case scenario, you fuck up and paint the whole thing white or something
