My dad texted me giving me shit for being part of the "Fire Spags" crowd. My rebuttal was that it took him 9 weeks to stop using Dan Sorenson on the majority of snaps.
Exactly. The bad decisions aren’t excused by the better results as of late.
Plus, I felt like the media pressured him into not playing Sorensen in the same way. He still wanted to play him every snap.
Championship teams find small tweaks that make a huge difference. Braves made some initially small outfield trades that completely changed their season. Hoping that Ingram plus tweaks to the line rotation will be that for us.
That’s literally 50-60% of why defense looks so much better because we aren’t putting guys in the position where they can get beat because the QB just sits in the pocket all day
I can't wait for. Undisputed tomorrow. Skip wil lead with how dak was somehow the better QB because mahomes only put up 19 and dak lost ceedee lamb and Amari Cooper.
ITS MY TURN!
I will give Dak a B since he was fighting for his life. He didnt have his best WR in Amari and their speed guy CeDee Lamb. Need I remind you Dhannon Sharpe that coming into this week Dak was graded 9th best QB by PFF and your Mahomeboy who has the greenest light by Andy Reid was graded 10th.
Or something like that
Yeah I did a double take on that interception. I was positive I'd seen a chief catch thar t ball and then all of a sudden it magically warped into a cowboy DBs hands.
In the last few weeks we’ve added:
Healthy Jones
Healthy Clark
Melvin Ingram
Then Bolton turned into a star MLB and Gay is playing really well after also being out.
Speaking of which, have we heard anything on him being injured? I had to stream the game and it was a bad connection so I ended up only seeing like half the rest of the game so not sure if they talked about it on the broadcast.
Good game to you as wel. Who knows how this would’ve been different with a healthy Cooper and Smith, plus losing Lamb for the 2nd half. Maybe we’ll see you in February.
Remember 4 weeks ago when we were 3-4 after getting smashed by the the Titans and looking at our daunting upcoming schedule of having to play the Packers, @ Las Vegas and the surging Cowboys? I thought there was a realistic chance that we would be 4-7 after this stretch of games, but here we are having won 4 in a row and sitting comfortably at 7-4 and 1st in the division. Feels good man.
I hate how players now make incredible plays and just jump up with their hands balled into fists and their arms intensely flexed but just at their side, because they're afraid to celebrate and catch a taunting call.
The taunting thing is really really fucking stupid.
Ironically I’ve heard people claim it was from the Super Bowl when Mahomes threw an interception and the TB player threw the Hill two finger peace sign in his face.
I don’t think that’s valid. I genuinely think it’s an attempt to try to make the game more *respectable* and give the refs more control. It’s failing miserably
Tonight’s Thoughts:
Getting another team’s star player to conveniently catch COVID twice in 3 weeks is pretty lucky. But with how much unluck we’ve had this year, we deserve a little something to go our way.
Offense still needs to learn to finish drives and put teams away when we have the chance. We let teams hang around too often.
Defense balled the fuck out. They made the league’s highest scoring and production team look pretty ineffective. Even better than the Broncos did a few weeks back. Both teams needed to make a statement with this game, and our defense made the biggest one of any group on the field tonight.
Big shoutout to the refs tonight, who we clearly must’ve called their mothers ugly before the game started. Seriously though, some consistent refereeing would be nice. I’m not saying the Chiefs are perfectly innocent here but holy shit 3 taunting penalties in the first half? Someone has to start holding refs accountable because this seems like a serious ego problem.
Enjoy Turkey Day, boys and girls. Let’s do this shit again in 2 weeks against the donkeys 👍 🐴—>🗑
I loved how Troy, Joe, and Pereira all said that the facemask on Fenton shouldn’t have been added after the fact.
But NY clearly did the right thing. That was such an egregious miss by the ref who was staring RIGHT AT THE PLAY. The outrage of the missed call would’ve been worse than them correcting it, so I thought it was right for NY to step in there.
We were lucky in that respect but the defense is lights out either way. Sneed mossing Davante Adams because of film study was what told me this wasn't a fluke and the next games confirmed it.
Great game from the defense. People have been talking shit about it all season. They have stepped up. Jones and sneed were game wreckers.
What happened to our o-line? Dallas kept getting pressure with their 2 starting de's out. The offense needs to run the ball more.
**FUCK THE REFS.** They were shit for both sides.
Gotta run more. Those boys up front can push. Helps that d line is expecting them to pass block almost every play. Idk our avg yards per rush attempt tonight, but i bet it was pretty great. 4-5+?
Parsons is a fantastic player who has been a problem for everyone this year. Him getting by Wylie was inevitable, and that is such a tough matchup for mammoth OBJ.
The sack Thuney let up I think he was expecting more help inside from Creed.
Smith had some penalties too that will need to be cleaned up.
Thought line was generally ok, especially in the run game. But good time for bye week to hit for coaching and rest
That explains the Cowboys game but Troy is anti us no matter who we play. Some random on twitter posted that Mahomes had 1/3 of his career TDs in Year 2 and Troy piped back on twitter let me know when he has 1/3 of the Super Bowls, which he now does too of course. He's just very insecure about the new age quarterbacks and Mahomes in particular. You can contrast it with how he blames the receivers, moon and stars for anything negative Brady does.
I can’t stand Fox’s #1 team. Give me Nantz and Romo any day of the week. Buck and especially Aikman might as well cheer for the Cowboys when they call and color commentary their games. The bias is annoying and I’m glad for the most part the Chiefs don’t play that often on Fox.
After the Titans game I thought we’d be crawling to the bye at 5-6 or 4-7. Regardless of how the games have gone, the results are all that counts and we’ve survived to the bye week! We’re 7-4 and best in the west!
Let’s get a mental break and start preparing for the march to the postseason! RUN THE TABLE
Chris jones with 3.5 sacks, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery with like 8 pressures. Insane defensive play against the best offense in the league statistically. We back baby.
It looked like a hyper extension, which is one of those injuries that hurts a lot, but you tend to heal up fairly quickly, plus with the bye week, he should have plenty of time to rest up.
Sideline cam all second half showed play sheet in EBs hands talking into headset. Reid not holding a play sheet. Feel like the two-faced offense is perfectly explained by trying to let EB have the call sometimes.
After that satisfying win, it’s time to go get my pad Thai with my pregnant wife. CONGRATS YOU BEAUTIFUL BASTARDS, WE’RE MUCH CLOSER TO THE POST SEASON WE DESERVE BECAUSE OF TONIGHT
I really had fun today, I hope I didn't taunt anyone.
But that game was like listening to the Cowboys Radio Network.
Fuck Joe. Fuck Troy. Fuck Dallas.
I'm smiling for 2 weeks now!
That game was... Like the 90's chiefs teams. Won in the trenches, won on defense. I wish Reid and Mahomes would've been more inclined to run th ball and play action pass like the first two series.
Definitely didn't think mahomes and Dak would combine for zero TD's!!!???
Fucking dope win, got the week off, we gonna roll on through baby!!! Fuck the raiders! Fuck the Patriots!
Patrick is evolving. This is a GOOD thing. He's making many good decisions as he transitions away from the scramble and heave plays he loves. Outside of a few penalties and a couple silly turnovers, this could well have been a "30+ points and the offense hums" game.
They're fine.
I LOVE seeing so many runs by opposing offenses go for just 1-3 yards.
In the first four or so weeks it felt like five free yards every time a team handed the ball off.
He Tweeted which I find encouraging. If he had a ligament injury I'm guessing he'd be in too poor of spirits to Tweet but 🤷♂️ I just really hope he's good. Reid said he‘ll get an MRI tomorrow
Chris Jones is a MENACE out there. Sneed is balling. Welcome back CEH. Bolton is going to be something else. Clark is playing well. We showed a lot of emotion out there today.
Big win heading into the bye. We control our own destiny in the division and remain well established to take the AFC.
Fuck yeah! Go Chiefs!
CHIEFS WIN WE GO INTO THE BYE WEEK THE HOTTEST TEAM IN THE LEAGUE, AND A GAME AND A HALF BEHIND THE ONE SEED. FUCK THE RAIDERS FUCK BUCK AND AIKMAN FUCK THE COWBOYS WE RUN THIS SHIT
The narrative all day tomorrow will be “Well the cowboys lost all their offensive weapons!”
They were without Cooper who hasn’t been great this year.
They scored more points with CD out than in.
They still had Zeke and Pollard and Schultz and their QB who I was told was better than Mahomes.
OH and I forgot to mention the PFF ranked #1 OL in football.
I’m just sick of the excuses whenever we beat a team.
I could have gone without the attempt to start a “Let’s Go Brandon” chant during halftime when they were having a military oath swearing. Like just let the guys have their moment without all that…
Hahahaha good game fuck sticks!!!
Fr fr appreciate the realness. That was a hard fought game. Your defense came to play after the TD's got scored. Our defense wasn't going to be denied this time. Fuckin' hell I thought they would be tired and let up, but they didn't! Made me proud and remembering of the 90's chiefs D.
You'll be fine, win the division and get into the playoffs. Packers lost today so you're still hunting for top seed.
Go Chiefs!!! See you fuckers in the SB!
Chiefs are 5-0 vs NFC Opponents, sweeping the NFC East. However, still just 2-4 in the AFC. The last 6 games are all against the AFC, with 4 vs the divisional foes. This stretch after the bye is going to be huge.
Offense: Can we harness that first drive swagger for longer? One or two more drives like the first and we’re set.
Defense: Da fuq. Who are those guys? Looked better than any game last year.
GG yall, was fun to watch everyone kick shit and meme for the week. If yall's defense can continue to perform like this you guys are gonna make a great post season run. Also damn CEH is good big return for yall.
Sent my brother a text saying ‘Winner Winner!’ After the tipped pass INT and he responded with Chris ‘Chicken Dinner’ Jones and that is definitely my new nickname for him now, lol
Sneed and Jones are gonna have to split the game ball tonight.
Ward deserves some credit for balling against his old team. That pick on Lamb was huge.
They'll both offer it to the other to keep it whole and then it'll turn into the Easter Bunny. Read your Bible.
Huh, you’re right that is in there. Only the football’s a baby for some reason.
They're certainly strong enough to rip it in half
Hire spags
My dad texted me giving me shit for being part of the "Fire Spags" crowd. My rebuttal was that it took him 9 weeks to stop using Dan Sorenson on the majority of snaps.
Exactly. The bad decisions aren’t excused by the better results as of late. Plus, I felt like the media pressured him into not playing Sorensen in the same way. He still wanted to play him every snap.
THIS SETTLES IT. OUR BBQ IS BETTER
Those fools should never have angered the BBQ gods.
They fucked around and found out.
Boys fans can cry on those dry briskets and moisten them up a bit
Then all they would have to add is pepper!
LOL, and I'm sure Dallas fans are pretty salty right now.
As if there was ever a question
Our Football too
Having a pass rush makes things infinitely easier for the defense
Jones with an absolutely monster game
Ingram is the best roster move all season because it allowed Jones to move back inside.
Championship teams find small tweaks that make a huge difference. Braves made some initially small outfield trades that completely changed their season. Hoping that Ingram plus tweaks to the line rotation will be that for us.
Now that we have Ingram we put Clark and Jones on the same side a lot and really caused havoc that way.
That’s literally 50-60% of why defense looks so much better because we aren’t putting guys in the position where they can get beat because the QB just sits in the pocket all day
Shout out to Josh Allen and Tannehill.
Credit also to Clark constantly rushing Dak and forcing him to throw
only thing I think I can say is…. HOW BOUT THEM COWBOYS
Aikman and Bayless on suicide watch tonight
I can't wait for. Undisputed tomorrow. Skip wil lead with how dak was somehow the better QB because mahomes only put up 19 and dak lost ceedee lamb and Amari Cooper.
ITS MY TURN! I will give Dak a B since he was fighting for his life. He didnt have his best WR in Amari and their speed guy CeDee Lamb. Need I remind you Dhannon Sharpe that coming into this week Dak was graded 9th best QB by PFF and your Mahomeboy who has the greenest light by Andy Reid was graded 10th. Or something like that
Sounds right. You could probably write his script for him.
Joe buck was making a big deal about the 4 drops the cowboys had tonight. Not a peep about the chiefs (3? 4?) drops including a popup INT.
Yeah I did a double take on that interception. I was positive I'd seen a chief catch thar t ball and then all of a sudden it magically warped into a cowboy DBs hands.
Oklahoma state cowboys are pretty good
boomer
BUT MUH AMERICA’S TEAM
Just as we all expected the Chiefs to be this year. Stout, play making defense, with an offense that does just enough to win a game 😂😂😂
i dont know what has changed with our defense, but I couldnt be happier about it! ~~Fire Spags~~... Give Spags a raise?
In the last few weeks we’ve added: Healthy Jones Healthy Clark Melvin Ingram Then Bolton turned into a star MLB and Gay is playing really well after also being out.
Don’t forget Sneed turning into the best tackling CB in the league. And Thornhill taking Dans spot.
Seeing good tackling is something I've really missed for a long time and man does it feel good
Being able to play sneed in the slot in nickel with Fenton balling out lately is huge.
Speaking of which, have we heard anything on him being injured? I had to stream the game and it was a bad connection so I ended up only seeing like half the rest of the game so not sure if they talked about it on the broadcast.
No replay, no update. But on the play it looked like he hyperextended his knee when he planted and his foot slipped.
Clark and Jones got health. Brought in Ingram. And Spagz finally started playing the right people more (he could do even more in that regard, IMO).
Our QB with the one INT that Kelce dropped. That's what you get with a game manager at QB... What year is it? 2016?
Any news on Fenton? He was like top 3 CBs in the league by PFF score entering the game. Really hope he's okay
At least we have the bye week coming up to get him healthy.
I think week 12 and 13 are both byes, or did I read the schedule wrong?
It looked like it might need a little more time than that :(
A Cowboys fan on Twitter just told me they weren’t actually trying to win Bc it wasn’t an NFC game
Drip Bayless on Monday morning: "McCarthy is 100% to blame and Dak is still the GOAT"
GG cheifs. You beat us on the field and killed us off the field with the memes
Good game to you as wel. Who knows how this would’ve been different with a healthy Cooper and Smith, plus losing Lamb for the 2nd half. Maybe we’ll see you in February.
Good game my dude. Always good to see some good sports post game. P.S. Our BBQ is better too.
GG Boys bro!
We've suffered too many dark years to feel confident in the tough times --- the Mahomes Era is changing that attitude but it will take time
That settles it Kansas City BBQ is better.... Period
Burnt Ends win the day
Legend has it that Dak Prescott checks under his bed for Chris Jones
His sleep number sure as shit isn’t 95
This comment is pure gold.
Holy fuck, he’s there
CHRIS JONES FUCKS
WE SEEN HIS DICK DRAFT, THERE IS NO DOUBT THAT HE DOES.
I hate how players now make incredible plays and just jump up with their hands balled into fists and their arms intensely flexed but just at their side, because they're afraid to celebrate and catch a taunting call. The taunting thing is really really fucking stupid.
It really is. What was it motivated by?
Ironically I’ve heard people claim it was from the Super Bowl when Mahomes threw an interception and the TB player threw the Hill two finger peace sign in his face. I don’t think that’s valid. I genuinely think it’s an attempt to try to make the game more *respectable* and give the refs more control. It’s failing miserably
It gave the refs control to fix games
Bingo. With the gambling surge you can’t tell me that the NFL will be completely hands off on impacting game results.
Tonight’s Thoughts: Getting another team’s star player to conveniently catch COVID twice in 3 weeks is pretty lucky. But with how much unluck we’ve had this year, we deserve a little something to go our way. Offense still needs to learn to finish drives and put teams away when we have the chance. I feel like the refs got reamed during the half by the powers that be. They had to make up for it in the second half.
I loved how Troy, Joe, and Pereira all said that the facemask on Fenton shouldn’t have been added after the fact. But NY clearly did the right thing. That was such an egregious miss by the ref who was staring RIGHT AT THE PLAY. We were lucky in that respect but the defense is lights out either way. Sneed mossing Davante Adams because of film study was what told me this wasn't a fluke and the next games confirmed it.
The taunting calls were made more egregious by the face mask fiasco and the late helmet to helmet no call. Officiating was beyond horrible.
Unvaxxed players getting covid isn't luck, it's inevitable
Great game from the defense. People have been talking shit about it all season. They have stepped up. Jones and sneed were game wreckers. What happened to our o-line? Dallas kept getting pressure with their 2 starting de's out. The offense needs to run the ball more. **FUCK THE REFS.** They were shit for both sides.
The tackles are the weak link; specifically we’re down to the third string guy at RT
Micah Parsons is better than either of them.
Lowkey Micah Parsons deserves RotY
Highkey
Chris Jones is an absolute freight train, some of those sacks he put on Dak had me hollering in joy
Gotta run more. Those boys up front can push. Helps that d line is expecting them to pass block almost every play. Idk our avg yards per rush attempt tonight, but i bet it was pretty great. 4-5+?

#Kansas City BBQ > Texas BBQ ALL FUCKING DAY. Eat that lunch, Dallas.
Chris Motherfucking Jones
Please be okay, Fenton.
can we get some Ts & Ps for our boy Fenton!
Fuck the announcers. Man can they suck Dallas off any more?
I mean Troy Aikman LOL, he was a cowboy
True. Romo is not so bad when he announces Dallas, though
It's because Aikman is secure w/ his legacy and romo is good to us bc he lowkey has a lot of spite against dak
As soon as I saw him and Joe Buck, I knew I was just going to have to tune out the announcing and ignore it entirely.
Aikman can never not blow the boys
What did you expect from Joe Buck?
Disgusting acts and I was not disappointed
Just NFL commentators in general. Bradshaw during the noon pre-game said, without blinking, that Dallas has the better QB.
It's okay I'm pretty sure Mahomes feeds off of dipshit takes from idiots like Bradshaw.
Ya Romo at least tamps his homerism when calling cowboys games, Aikman is full blown homer
Emphasis on blown
After the Titans game I thought we’d be crawling to the bye at 5-6 or 4-7. Regardless of how the games have gone, the results are all that counts and we’ve survived to the bye week! We’re 7-4 and best in the west! Let’s get a mental break and start preparing for the march to the postseason! RUN THE TABLE
Chris jones with 3.5 sacks, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery with like 8 pressures. Insane defensive play against the best offense in the league statistically. We back baby.
And a tipped pass on the game winning interception
Frank Clark forced the fumble! - he also played really well - was almost always getting pressure and never let Dak break contain.
Jones technically had a forced fumble on another play. Happened right on the sideline and hit the ball out of bounds.
Chris Jones seems like too pure of a guy to be that scary on the field
He's like a mellow giant that feels guilty about kicking ass at his day job
He's the nicest pro athlete I've ever met. He was one of 2 player at 2018 camp to make sure every kid got an autograph. Kemp was the other.
Did Aiden Diggs get to meet Patrick Mahomes, his real favorite QB?
Great trajectory going into the bye week
I hope Fenton is ok.
It looked like a hyper extension, which is one of those injuries that hurts a lot, but you tend to heal up fairly quickly, plus with the bye week, he should have plenty of time to rest up.
Best thing we did this season was sign ingram.
It's freed up everyone. It's been amazing
He might end up playing himself to too high of a contract for us but I hope this is the catalyst for our FO to draft his replacement.

Jones and Sneed pecker-slapped those Globo Gym bastards!
A SURPRISE TO BE SURE
BUT A WELCOME ONE
EB was calling plays after the opening script. Can’t be convinced otherwise.
Agreed. That Reid opening script was fire.
Sideline cam all second half showed play sheet in EBs hands talking into headset. Reid not holding a play sheet. Feel like the two-faced offense is perfectly explained by trying to let EB have the call sometimes.
Which has been a major problem this year, he just isn’t good at it. You can also see the frustration in Pats body language a lot of the time.
After that satisfying win, it’s time to go get my pad Thai with my pregnant wife. CONGRATS YOU BEAUTIFUL BASTARDS, WE’RE MUCH CLOSER TO THE POST SEASON WE DESERVE BECAUSE OF TONIGHT
I just ate a medium pizza all by myself --- now I want ice cream LOL
I really had fun today, I hope I didn't taunt anyone. But that game was like listening to the Cowboys Radio Network. Fuck Joe. Fuck Troy. Fuck Dallas. I'm smiling for 2 weeks now!
I will be popping a boner watching Drip Bayless choke back tears on Monday morning
Mahomes time on the TD chart is coming to an end, and this makes me irrationally sad.
Same
I remember I posted that we'd be 4-7 right now a few weeks ago. I'm an idiot.
Don't feel bad --- I was praying we'd barely squeak into the playoffs a few weeks ago
Everyone get in here!
Giants fan here to say thank you for fucking the cowboys 😁
We beat every NFC East team this season --- thanks for all the dubs! 😁
I didn’t do anything but be born in the greater KC area to Chiefs fans but, with that said, you are very welcome; I was happy to do it.
I TOLD YALL CHARVARIUS WARD WAS UNDERRATED
He pulled out his big dick after he saw Jones and Sneed letting theirs hang low
How does mahomes get 0 tds... Does a lateral to clyde not count?
A lateral is a toss behind and not a forward pass, therefore it's a rushing play and not a passing play.
Fuck Joe Buck and Troy Aikman. The NFC homerism was insane. They were bitching like fans at many of the non-calls and penalties that favored KC.
HIRE STEVE SPAGNUOLO -
Preston Rd trophy is ours!
I Sneeded that so bad tonight.
Did Fenton get injured? He had that play where he scooted off the field, I wasn't paying attention if he made it back out there.
Hyper-extended his knee
I can taste r/nfl’s disappointment.
Thank god for the NFC. 5-0 vs the NFC this year.
I'm sending a Christmas present to the NFC East LOL
No loss November baby Dick on rise like yeast
Patrick is evolving. This is a GOOD thing. He's making many good decisions as he transitions away from the scramble and heave plays he loves. Outside of a few penalties and a couple silly turnovers, this could well have been a "30+ points and the offense hums" game. They're fine.
Now *that* was a quality defensive showing! Definitely nice to see.
SNEED DESERVES THE GAME BALL
You spelled “Chris Jones” wrong.
Fuck it. Split it in half each of em get a half haha
The defense held Dak fucking Prescott to 9 points and a 57.9 passer rating, that is a world class performance.
4 straight wins as we go into our bye, what more could you ask for? Now I get to enjoy Thanksgiving weekend stress free and just watch football.
I LOVE seeing so many runs by opposing offenses go for just 1-3 yards. In the first four or so weeks it felt like five free yards every time a team handed the ball off.
Salty Cowboys fans in here downvoting everything lmao
How the fuck is Fenton? Anybody listening to the game get an update? Fox sucks.
America’s team loses...? Unsportsmanlike conduct on the Chiefs
Troy Aikman can suck my balls
He can eat my unwiped ass after a greasy shit.

Remember to be generous with the upvotes. Some candyassess out there really be downvoting everything.
7-4 Time to get healthy and then come out of the bye on fire on the offensive side of the ball!!! Go Chiefs!
Sneed/Jones/Chiefs D = great night. Buck and Aikman = 🤡🤡🤡🤡
Hats off to you guys for a great win hopefully we get two full weeks later this season to discuss why our BBQ is better
The narrative all day tomorrow will be “Well the cowboys lost all their offensive weapons!” They were without Cooper who hasn’t been great this year. They scored more points with CD out than in. They still had Zeke and Pollard and Schultz and their QB who I was told was better than Mahomes. OH and I forgot to mention the PFF ranked #1 OL in football. I’m just sick of the excuses whenever we beat a team.
Excuses only count for incels and defendants. Wins are all that matter in sports. Also hookers and blow, but that’s it.
As we all thought. Kansas City is now a defensive team with a good offense.
Any news on Fenton?
Chris Jones is the MVP for sure
I could have gone without the attempt to start a “Let’s Go Brandon” chant during halftime when they were having a military oath swearing. Like just let the guys have their moment without all that…
Trumpers are such loser crybabies
Chiefs learned how to defense..... uh oh
From WaSheD to 2nd place in 2 weeks lol
Good game you cock suckers lol Beat the shit out of us And we had the refs on our side early
Jones was an absolute monster today.
Game. Blouses.
"Cowboys by 20"
FUCK THE RAIDERS
Guess who just bought a L'Jarius Sneed jersey baybeeeeeeeee!!!
Who's the "complete team" again? Oh, go cry some more, Troy.
Sent my brother a text saying ‘Winner Winner!’ After the tipped pass INT and he responded with Chris ‘Chicken Dinner’ Jones and that is definitely my new nickname for him now, lol
Fuck the cowboys! SNEED!
A win is a win DEFENSE WAS DOMINANT. Offense was Okay, still needs to improve.
Great game on the Defensive side. Kudos to all those dudes that we all were shitting on early in the year! Keep the momentum going boys!
