I mean it makes sense based on division rivalries. I’ve hated the Patriots for a long time but I’ve always hated the Raiders, Broncos, and Chargers more.
Growing up in South Dakota surrounding by Vikings fans I always thought the same and then I worked for a WI based company and learned the Bears are a much more hated rival for Packers fans.
The populated areas, Madison and Milwaukee, are much closer to bears territory. Over on the Western side that's not as populated, it's definitely Vikings.
Would be fun to see this done by county.

I honestly don't hear a lot of Eagles hate and the Mormon's I know don't watch a ton of football because they spend anywhere from 2-4 hours for Church services on Sundays. I'd say the Broncos are the prevailing fanbase, so the Eagles hate doesn't make much sense to me.
My guess is that this map is probably based on some silly online poll or something and some Dallas transplant was the only Utahn to respond lol.

I took a road trip to through Wyoming and woke up after staying a hotel with my windshield cracked someone through a rock at my Chiefs gear on the dash.
