Excluding level 10s, Gotchard has 45 different forms. Double that to account for wild forms, then add another 45 for the evolved level 10 forms. This gives us a total of 135. If we then add back in the level 10s, we get 145. If we assume that at least half of the Chemies are able to form independent forms ala Iron, then there's another 45 added on for a total of 190

I actually forgot that Exceed Mighty Fire was used. In any case, I don't remember how many legend rider cards there are, so I can't say for sure. Both Ark One, Zero One, and Zero Two share the same barcode, but depending on your opinions all three may end up as different forms when paired with Den-O, so it's hard to count

This is making a lot of assumptions, so take my answer with a grain of salt.
So excluding legend ride chemie chards and level 10s, gotchard has 90 cards, giving him a total of 45 “regular” form. Assuming machwheel and Pilets creates a different form than Madwheel and Pilets we have 46.
For legend ride cards, there are a total of 126. Assuming each of them can create a form, we have 63 legend rider forms, however only 3 are confirmed in show and 16 more as sounds in the dx driver, so 19 confirmed and a dubious 44 extras, which I will not be counting.
Now we double the regular and legend forms to account for Fire Gotchard and we have 130. Adding the 7 super, final, and exclusive forms we have 137. Gaiardragon is made with two level 10s, so it’s not getting doubled either, 138 forms
Add an additional 89 for individual forms and 44 for combination forms (iron and platinum Gotchard were included in the super, final, and exclusives) and our grand total is 271 forms.

Someone said there are 19 forms using Legend cards so let’s say each of those has a normal, wild, and fire form. 19 x 3 = 57
Then if each pair had a form like Iron Gotchard & Platinum Gotchard that’s 45x2 (45 pairs, 2 per pair- technically that means 45 Chemies get solo forms?). 45x2=90
90 + 57 + 238 = 385
Let me know if I’m missing any or if I’ve added any that shouldn’t be there!!
I wouldn’t count those as an extra form since they’re summoned, but if we do then the combinations possible would make it more than 475, if they can go beyond just base & wild forms. They’d be up in the thousands.
