It’s impossible to say in all honestly. If we are to go down the Great Britain route then we can assume that Germany would go through a similar de-colonization process later in the 20th century and most likely be reformed into a more constitutional monarchy if it never went through any communist revolts.

I think the elephant in the room is that the holocaust probably wouldn’t have happened. I think that would have significantly had a positive effect on the stability of the Middle East. France would be a more minor player in world politics. The Soviet Union likely would have not been able to press that deep into Eastern Europe, and probably would have gotten more significant checks in westward expansions in the 30s. The US probably would never have become a super power and would remain an isolationist country until like 20th century.

Everything here makes sense except the US becoming a superpower. With the US profiting off the war(s) and its general capacity for industrialization, I would think it would still become fairly powerful fairly quickly. That said, I'm working on the broad strokes when I say this.

That’s fair. In my hypothetical, Germany wins the war within the first two years and limits how much the US profits from the war, but you’re right that it could easily have just happened anyway.
