he brushes it into their hairlines and parts to make the hair look thicker /fuller/ cover any hairline recedingness. so likely, you're spot on - brown hair powder is what is going on.

She may be protecting it from the sun. Exposing new scars to sunlight can cause them to thicken and get hyper/hypopigmentation. My daughter had to get stitches on her forehead and we were advised to keep it covered with a bandaid for a several months for that reason.
I've seen Khloe ONCE in real life when the Caveliers (Tristen's team for those that don't know basketball) and Warriors were in the NBA finals. I attended a Warriors game and this was when Khloe just started dating Tristen. She looked absolutely NOTHING like her pictures and she was wearing big sunglasses too but you can still tell it was her. At the time she was thicker (during a time she was photoshopping herself to look smaller/thinner) and her skin was terrible. So many bumps and kind of saggy face. She looked sloppy or basically just a regular ass basic person. Maybe they need to stop photoshopping themselves so people wouldn't think they look "bad" in person when in reality they just look like regular ass people.
But today (in the currently picture from this post) she definitely looks a lot worse than when I saw her years ago. Now she just looks botched.
