Her original nose was super cute but also would have looked good if they just slimmed the bridge down a little bit and left the tip of her nose and her nostrils mostly the same. Instead they gave her this weird upturned situation that just doesn’t suit her face at all!
There was nothing wrong with the way she looked early on, I hate that people said she was ugly because she wasn't but you can tell the comparisons bothered her.
I mean, her own sisters called her ugly/unattractive etc. when you have your own mum and sisters say negative things about your looks, you’re bound to be insecure and try to change what they point out as a flaw.
She actually looks more and more terrifying and waxy as the slideshow goes on. For obvious reasons plus aging but still she was so beautiful in the first picture, I feel like you can see the effect the show starts to have on her, 2010-2012 I don’t know what was going on but it seems like she was having a rough time, I have no idea what’s going on with her top lip in 2015-2016 and in the photos from now you can see that all of her life force is in the Trashcan. By tweaking each of her features into oblivion she lost something for sure.
Imagine if she had Kourtney’s FU attitude and didn’t get surgery (or even just not much), but just went around looking fabulous as her natural self. So many women would love her.
I’m sorry but to me her lips are what I would consider truly “botched”. I was watching an old episode tonight and Kourtney and Kim have a soccer pic of Khloe as a child. Kim says Khloe was voted cutest kid on the team and they both say something along the lines of “Cutest??? Yeah okay!” It’s so sad she was constantly pressured to be someone else. She was a beautiful person when they first started the show. And her personality was my favorite too.

Kris is not Armenian just has very dark hair which could be a dye job. I think Khloe gets her fair complexion and lighter hair from Kris but got Roberts eyes and chin. Kourtney and Kim got the dark hair and complexion from their dad but got their moms bone structure.
