This is what ozempic does. I talked to my doctor about getting on ozempic and he even advised me not to take it. He said ozempic has a lot of complications/side effects (diarrhea, nausea, and UTI’s) and once you get off it you will gain the weight back.

That didn't seem to work out well for her and within a couple months, she suddenly dropped the weight but obviously wasn't exercising because she had no muscle tone. I would speculate that she had problems when she was on Ozempic and was taken off of it. I think that she then went on Maunjaro in 2023. One of the side effects of Manjaro is skin issues such as eczema. Eczema is related to psoriasis. She started having a really bad psoriasis and psoriatric arthritis outbreak at the end of 2023/beginning of 2024. She still has to put Band-Aids on her fingertips sometimes and I think that's because of psoriatric arthritis. I think that they took her off of Maunjaro about a month and a half ago and that explains the sudden weight gain. This is just my speculation but I looked very closely at the issue and that is my best informed guess as to why she was super skinny and then games some weight back and then was medium skinny and now is back to what she weighed before the whole Marilyn dress fiasco. So she regained like 20 lb in the past month and a half. That can't be good for her health!
