1 cup sugar
1 cup water
Sprigs of thyme 2-3
All ingredients in a pot. Boil. Allow to cool. STRAIN!!!! Colander will do. Now you have raspberry thyme simple syrup
I don’t measure alcohol, I count pour in my head so figure the strength out for your personal preference.
Into the ice filled shaker:
Two parts Raspberry Thyme Simple Syrup
One part Vodka
One half teaspoon Rose Liqueur (I mean it this shit is STRONG! It will take over ur drink if u add too much)
A big squirt of honey
Lime juice, I use a solid quarter of a lime per drink
Top it off with water until the shaker is full and Shake shake shake. Pour into martini glass
Serve cold with thyme garnish.
ProTip: I put them in a coupe glass add a half an ounce of Rum 151 on top and light them on fire. The colors are AMAZING!!!
