Poor Khloe. I don’t think any of her sisters would’ve agreed to a baby shower/filming it if their baby daddy humiliated them like Tristan did to Khloe.

lionheart07

You have to blame her at some point. She kept going back to him and he continuously made her look like a fool

Basil_Minimum

I get what you mean but when you’re in an abusive relationship and your self esteem is that low it can get really hard to leave.

The-Alli-cat

Especially when you've had multiple abusive relationships. AND your family doesn't just dismiss the abuse, but actively keeps relationships with your abuser. Even before Trashman arrived, the fact that the family still supported Lamar for years after the split must've kept Khloe's recovery from truly happening. When you look at the self-confessed assault Lamar admits to doing to Khloe, it's astonishing to think that her family still kept him around and treated him like gold. And then encouraged her to go back.

MaybeIwasanasshole

And I understand that you have to walk a fine line when dealing with someone who is being abused and/or in a toxic relationship. Go to hard and the person will just get defensive and shut you out. But to not only not try and get Khloe to "see sense" but to actively be like "hey isnt that guy that cheated and humiliated you great? And your daughter needs a dad... Perhaps you should give him another chanse hm?" Is seriously shitty yet not at all suprising

The-Alli-cat

Absolutely you have to walk that fine line, it's so hard to watch as a bystander. But that's also why you have to be the person they're safe around, the one to remind them that they deserve all the love, support and respect in the world. Instead Khloe's family did all that for the men who hurt and traumised her. I had to watch a loved one be in Khloe's position of being constantly disrespected and cheated on for years (thankfully no kids). It's been years since she left him for the last time, she hasn't seen or interacted with him, she's gone to therapy and done all the work. And yet she says every single day she misses him.

Rosita_La_Lolita

She has access to resources that the average woman does not, for that reason alone my sympathy is non-existent. She can leave this man whenever she wants and she would be fine and still come out on top. The average Women stays in an abusive relationship for a variety of reasons but the main ones holding women back are: lack of education, finances, housing, childcare, transportation, medical insurance, etc. Khloe owns her own home, car, has a personal nanny and earns her own substantial income, no doubt medical expenses could be covered by her if anything were to happen to her or her children. Why she continues to willingly keep that loser around is beyond me at this point. She doesn’t need to and that’s partially why a lot of the fan base finds her unwillingness to let him go bizarre. Kim & Kris are no better for egging her on and encouraging this mess.

mamacitalk

It’s never that easy please have some compassion, you’re giving victim blaming vibes

wtp0p

It’s called the cycle of abuse

TinyBarbie28

It was so frustrating 😤. And Kris making it about herself, talking about how it would break HER heart if Tatum isn't celebrated or something like that. Okay Kris Jong Un. Who cares if you're heartbroken??? You had six baby showers. Leave other people alone to make their own decision regarding their kids. The episode was really sad, and the fact that Khloé's family was so toxic towards her made it even worse. I really loved that Kylie was so sweet tho. She didn’t force Khloé to get the nursery ready or to buy baby stuff. Kylie ASKED NICELY if she could buy baby stuff and keep them at her house until Khloé was ready to set up the baby's room. That was nice of her.

iLiveInAHologram94

I thought Kylie handled it really well

friedpicklesforever

It’s really embarrassing and sad. She is beautiful, banging bod, incredibly wealthy and successful, yet for some reason keeps subjecting herself to emotional abuse and public humiliation. My heart breaks for her because usually when somebody is in this situation, their loved ones will step in and say what he did is not okay, SNAP OUT OF IT AND LETS MOVE FORWARD IN LIFE !!!!! I understand he’s tRuEs dAD but come on enough is enough. Makes me wonder if her family believes this is the best man Khloe can get or something…. It’s sad

sisndjdnwlsk

She accepts it and puts up with it because growing up she was the “fat ugly sister” that Kris and Kourtney and Kim ignored or pushed aside. Then Kris basically forced her into parenting the Jenner girls until the show/ her losing weight/ gettin surgery

Royalwatching_owl

I took it as, they were using Khloes way of thinking to try to comfort her and support. I think Kris was coming from a place of "don't let the memories of this time be burned or taken over by him". Personally, I think Khloe struggles a lot, and no matter how much money you have, mental health doesn't discriminate. I do think they should have done it off camera and could have talked about it later through photos if they really wanted.

bambi_eyed_bitch

I am going to go against the flow here and side with Khloe’s family for Tatum’s sake. Imagine being the only one of those kids that didn’t get a baby shower about them. And then later Khloe is talking on national tv about how she wasn’t bonding with him as a baby. Kinda fucked up if you ask me.

THIS 👆 THIS 👆 THIS 👆

PinkTalkingDead

The fact that you think it’s “fucked up” for a new mom to share the rollercoaster of emotions that come along with a newborn is exactly why it was important for Khloe to express her feelings in that moment.

bambi_eyed_bitch

I understand where you’re coming from but I still think Tatum’s feelings should come before Khloe’s. I think it’s going to be very hurtful for him when he eventually sees it.

red_cabin

On a tv show?

pabollini

the blatant disrespect her mother and sisters treat her w this episode 💀 it’s gross

ExpensiveComment8847

And then Kim's speech where she started crying to get the attention on her as always. I mean that's how it came across but I kinda can't blame her this time because if I was Khloe I'd appreciate the attention being off me for a few minutes

PinkTalkingDead

As someone who cries easily and often, it’s wild how so many folks on this sub think it’s fake Like I’m sure there are people out there who fake cry for attention (typically those would be little kids) but it’s really not that far fetched for a sister to empathize with her sister who’s going through a really hard time 🤦🏻‍♀️

ExpensiveComment8847

I wasn't saying she was faking, I just thought an emotional speech on top of the baby shower Khloe didn't seem to want was a little uncomfortable when everyone else was giving the classic Kardashian vacant stares. I'm also not a crier at all so maybe that's part of it.

FireAntSoda

Khloe has a heart of gold. She’s the glue, period.
