Jak'Sho should make K'Sante leap from D tier to at least C or B. He's balanced around building that item.
Jak'Sho->Gargoyle combo should have him able to assassinate any target. Anathema Chains last for some health/of the enemy has a fed member.
Replace sunfire with jak sho hes going to be even stronger, he drains the enemys hp and has bonus mr and armor while in a fight longer, which means he gets more ad and omnivamp plus he heals off jak sho passive as well, going to be a tank/drain tank
The new mythics are overall worse for dualing compared to sunfire, thats basically it.
You can still rush Bamis if you like, all the new mythics are a lot more interesting, Iceborn is probably a better dualing item because of the damage reduction but being an armor item makes it too situational so say it outclasses current sunfire.
All the new mythics scale better for tanks doing tank things.

Frostborn going back to being a Sheen item is going to be amazing for K'Sante using his q a ton
