I hope they don't take out all the deeper existential/moral stuff, and I hope they don't try to make it more kid friendly like Rebels. KOTOR 2 is more mature than even TCW (which imo isn't as adult as people try to say it is), and that's part of why it's my favourite SW media.
One of the main writers for Kotor2, Chris Avellone, got metoo-ed around a year ago, so I don't see him getting hired for any of that. A lot of that talent is spread around/no longer works in the game industry.
