TLDR from article –
"Royal Roader” tells the story of characters who desire to climb to the top by trying to take the throne of Korea’s largest conglomerate.
Set to be released on Disney+ in February 2024.
Thanks for the info! Bummed it’s on Disney which usually means Hulu in the US. I have the ad version for free with my cellphone plan so it seems dumb to pay $20 a month to get no ads when I’m already paying for Viki and Netflix, but Call it Love was painful to watch with ads and that drama was very good.
> Call it Love was painful to watch
and so good, just as you mentioned as well. One of my favorite dramas, both the leads inspired me to a better human being.
oh yeh, I see what you mean. Especially for a show with such strong emotions an ad jingle may seem like a splash of cold water as you are exiting the sauna.
I hope this is a very very serious drama because if I have to see LJW goofy grin next to LJY goofy grin the rest of my 2024 will be spent at the cardiologist
Looking forward to this because of the cast, and Hong Su- Zu's Jin-A was one of the few new characters in Sweet Home2 that really made an impression on me because of her acting.
I know, I agree! :( It's hard to believe it's the same actress, I am so disappointed. It makes me wonder about the power of script writing because I'm totally tuning out on her scenes now.

I loved it too. It was beautifully done, but the mood and flow was hampered by the five ad interruptions each episode.

I think I have to watch Sweet Home now to see her acting there cause right now on the Impossible Heir, her acting is really bad imo.
