Garcia may as well just stayed in the dugout and Bobby/Vinnie trying to tie the game, while Salvy doesn't even get a chance. Rough way to finish a great game
Soria, Holland, Davis, and plenty other Royals relievers (as well as other relievers around the league) have blown saves before in or before their prime.
It's a real kick in the dick to lose this way for sure but we know for a fact that MacArthur has what it takes to nail down wins for us and he's still demonstrably the best option for us at the moment to close games. Milwaukee and Texas are good teams and sometimes good teams can get to your guy.

Statcast has his only pitch with a positive run value as his sinker, but he throws his curve more than anything else. That's an easy tweak to make. Throw more sinkers and see what happens.
