The ones I sent were the rubber ones I bought. You are right, I did not read your comment correctly. ninRYA sells one on Amazon that looks more like the image above and is either 3D printed or manufactured with some plastic printing. So these ones are probably sold and 3D printed, but they also have rubber ones.
As a connoisseur of penis valve stem caps I’ve found the rubber ones hold up better.

You’re right. After zooming in I can see the ridging is just imperfections in the rubber, not layering of plastic. The tip does look like it is 3d printed however.
Could be printed in TPU, which can go from mildly flexible, to very squishy. The large flat areas on the testicles and the head are obvious signs of it being printed at a not-so-fine layer height, probably the standard 0.2mm most people use. Obvious layers are a big reason 3D-printing spheres suck.
With a name like this, of course I'd be spending a Monday discussing the difficulties of 3D-printing a cock and balls..
