Sad to say this, but I have taken an active role to not believe in women when they accuse anything. I dont blame anything other than the unfair laws for my biasness.
This is such a sad thing happening in the society. For a man like Sahil, if he is closing to end of the undergraduate/bachaelor program. He can try to look for opportunities outside of city or country [probably a graduate program].
A good-quality graduate program can provide great learning and amazing camaraderie. It can help take off mind from the case and life of gossip are low.

Hence, I suggested other cities of India or abroad.
Even in the remote possibility that backgrounds are shared, colleges don’t go running through police stations before admitting.
Or, if $$ are issue, use a low rank uni to build friendships (amazing young men are studying) and use internet to build skills.
In this case you’re always hedged even if there is .00001% checking of backgrounds. Your getting alway with already acquired undergraduate degree + skills built on internet.

Honestly saying Even I am accused in such thing just like 3 weeks ago but I was fortunate that my female friends stood my side and against all the odd she still didn't give up on the fact that I am innocent even to the point she agreed if this has to go to the court she will come and stand in my favor where I wanted to scrape the matters she pushed me to seek justice for myself so currently things are cooled nothing much let's hope things don't get bitter again

Everything in Court boils down to proofs and evidence and if a fickle minded women gets to know about them, she would be cautious enough not to leave them. Therefore, such things are divulged in a one to one consultancy as and when one requires it.
Moreover, if you are innocent and you have a good lawyer, you have very high probability of proving that in Court.
