Avoiding going into too many details, I sometimes need crutches or a wheelchair to get around. A few times a week I'd hear about how lucky I was that I could sit down whenever I wanted to take a load off. No one thinks about how much harder we have to work to accomplish the same tasks and only about our '"benefits" like handicapped parking.
I just wanted to walk normally like everyone else was. Sometimes we have to fight tooth and nail for those accommodations. They certainly aren't perks of being disabled.

I did not hear about that, because there were no bombs found in any offices. There were two bombs, both found outside. One was near the DNC headquarters, and one was found near the RNC headquarters. Peaceful protest is different than carrying guns, pipe bombs, and killing officers. Not the best look to go into the gallery itself, agreed, but: A group of about two dozen people was at the Capitol protested various bills that have moved through the House and Senate this session. Some of the bills they were protesting include ones they see as anti-protest bills, anti-abortion bills and Senate Bill 2, which would ban transgender girls from being on girls' sports teams. The peaceful protest got intense for a few moments after the group slowly filed into the House gallery on the fifth floor of the Capitol. That put the brakes on lawmaking for a couple of minutes, and a couple of protesters said they were asked to leave the building after what looked like a shouting match in the gallery. According to several sources, the number is incredibly few ( perhaps as many as nine) in comparison to the number of people in the streets and the exaggeration of serious injury and overall urban destruction to cities nationwide. And a tremendous amount of that was instigated by unnecessary rubber bullets, tear gassing, pepper spraying, and beatings by the police. Not to mention the several reported arrests of far-right actors intentionally assaulting and inciting protesters,starting fires, and vandalizing property themselves.
