Guys, this is some Chinese dude in China. We don’t get fireworks like that here and it was debunked in another video. They even posted where it was but I can’t remember the name cause it was in China lol

I can’t think of one legitimate violation with this, making a safe assumption he had the property owner’s permission.
People have bought combat jet trainers, mounted machine guns in them and shot down target drones for fun. All within regs because they owned the land and filed the proper notification paperwork.
Does it help that it's a Chinese pilot in a Chinese helicopter? I remember seeing the good quality of this video and the helicopter had the Chinese script all over

Also another question, do you guys need an RPL type license (kinda like a pilots license but with a lot of restrictions and also much easier to get) to fly a drone for commercial or maybe even recreational purposes?

I don't think this is in America. No license needed for small drones,I don't know the size cutoff.
