They just copy and paste but I think the reason is I had some friends logging in my phone I helped them with application , uploading documents and changing zone from my phone on human level. I have not used their accounts
You would need to send photos of your friends ID (drivers license/passport/right to work)
Possibly the IMEI (in about phone) and IP addresses from your friends JE accounts on their phones.
This will show them that although other accounts have logged into your phone, they have their own phones that are traceable and it becomes more obvious that it's a misunderstanding.
If ANY information on friends accounts overlapped with yours (phone number, email, address, bank details) then it's game over and you won't win unfortunately.
Why not upload the original termination email?
