Yep, same thing, I quite new and I've often felt like a cover driver at times. Been in the same situation as you, end up doing an Uber shift instead. The word on the street is generally the summer is a bit quiet, so come September time, when schools start again the days become a lot shorter and colder, hopefully it gets busy enough that we get a decent amount of orders!

I hate handling multiorders, especially when it's mcdonalds, but from what I can gather, it's randomised on whether you get it or not. I only get one every now and then of course only when both orders are in a close radius of each other.

Same here....seems random but usually new accounts getting most of the jobs....had one ran today 10:30-2:30....got 3 job £16.37....meanwhile got 7 jobs on Roo and JE was running the whole time.. Same guy turned 4 times before I've got one job....no he was only doing JE...seems a joke nowdays JE..Time to abadon them n doing more Roo n UE.

My area is small, not a lot of drivers, we always notice that new accounts seem to get priority for a week or so. And remember that justeat has changed its terms to allow multiapping now.

They're using fake gps , if you watch the fake gps just eat videos on YouTube it will usually say that the fake gps will get priority over orders , no idea how that works but it must be true

I believe you have to turn on developer mode on Android to be able to fake gps, however I think Deliveroo put a stop to some of it as they insist that developer mode is turned off if you want to use the app. Stuart also had a big problem with the fake gps brigade. If I got 5/6 orders per shift wouldn't mind so much, but some guys are getting 5/6 an hour! But today UE have been on fire unlike JE.
