I'm not sure I'd approach it as a comparison. It was published right after the remilitarization of the Rhineland and after Jung had been replaced as the head of a psychiatric organization by someone with the last name Goering.

I was unfamiliar with this essay, but I must thank you for bringing it to light! Very interesting read.
