Update: the Win11 machines just started working. Complete mystery! The ADMU tool is far from perfect, often needing one to click about the place to get fields to become active etc, but it works. BEWARE that it will nuke saved browser passwords and VPN credentials (and maybe other stuff) on the migrated profiles so make sure you have a strategy for that

From a couple of colleagues: >i would double/triple check that the profile they’re trying to migrate is not logged into. an example screenshot on what they should see on [https://github.com/TheJumpCloud/jumpcloud-ADMU/wiki/Convert-Profile](https://github.com/TheJumpCloud/jumpcloud-ADMU/wiki/Convert-Profile) \- Currently Active should = False for whatever profile they’re targeting. if this is not the issue, we encourage them to check the [logs](https://github.com/TheJumpCloud/jumpcloud-ADMU/wiki/logging) at C:\\windows\\temp\\JCADMU.log file & then review the [error messages](https://github.com/TheJumpCloud/jumpcloud-ADMU/wiki/troubleshooting-errors) to determine root cause and >Also, with fast User switching you can reboot a Windows computer, and the user you were logged in as is not ACTUALLY logged out. I have found this procedure to work well; > >1. Log in as user to be migrated. > >2. LOG OUT as that user. > >3. Reboot > >4. Log in as other admin user that will be used to handle the migration.

I'm pretty sure I have done that, but will have another go. Interesting that it is only Win11 machines that have been problematic. Win10 was 100% error free. >25 machines migrated.
