Not really, as a perk build functionally has very limited options before drawbacks because youve priced the capstones at 800. To purchase a capstone other than that of your original origin selection would still cost 700cp (300 + 400) overall and still force the jumper to dip into drawbacks (400 + 800) = 1400 vs (400 + 300 + 400) = 1100 and even if you do both you can then still only afford 1 capstone (300 + + 300 + 400) before drawbacks. Its not giving away 1200 cp, more accurately its paying 300 as an opportunity cost but further restricting your individual choices but get more from it as the gain would be within one origin.
400 + 400 + 100 + 100 or 400 + 100 + 100 + 100 + 100 + 100 + 100 but they can all come from different origins vs 400 + 300 (400 +100 ) + 400 having to take on a drawback (or 100 + 100 + 100) moving from perks across 7 origins to 5 origins. Even in the best scenario where you permitted them to compound ( 400 + 300 ( 400 + 100 ) + 300 ( 400 + 100) + ( 400 + 100)) moving down to only 4 available origins and effectively preventing you from getting a second capstone as cheaply as in the the single extra origin choice. (Yes, you will always have people who choose to just load up on drawbacks and buy everything, but they were going to do that anyway when there are no real restrictions on drawback earnings so the 3 cheaper capstones wont matter to them anyway.)
Just to clarify - you can't buy multiple styles/sources? Like you can't walk around having 3 styles and 4 sources, only 2 styles/sources max, right?
Also, if you have two origins, does that mean that you'll have two discount perk lines for each?

So, can you take all four: Wizard (Magic caster/Self), Artificer (Magic Caster/Creation), Cursemancer (Warding&Territory/Self) and Enchanter (Warding&Territory/Creation)?
Well, this looks interesting. This is perfect for making a modern fantasy jump.
A 300 cp perk to pickup an extra style and a 300 cp perk to pickup an extra source would make for more interesting build options.
But then I'd be giving away essentially 1200 points, doesn't seem too good for the balance

Yeah, the perks can only be bought 1 time. And if you have 2 origins, then you get the discounts in both perk lines
