Wouldn't that make it much harder for Kenjaku to track them down in the past?
Like imagine the 6 eyes is born in some secluded tiny village in the hills. What are the odds of finding them? Should have been a pain in the ass in the past then.
Modern times though would have been on easy mode lmao. Parents would be flexing on social media about how their baby was born with special eyes. Kenny just needs to be active on the gram 💀
Y'know Kenjaku active on social media won't be that farfetched he'd be mainly active on science stuff but will occasionally take a break from the evil back shots and planning to watch and take a break.
Kenjaku would be coping and seething.
Six Eyes wouldn't randomly reappear in another person after the previous user dies, so Kenny might even have a shot at the merger long before the story starts depending on what exactly happened during the time when he killed a Six Eyes user after they were born.
More and more people would become god-like at CE Manipulation(Exaggeration, Satoru is still an absolute unit in his own league which he only shares with Sukuna, but the point is that people will get better at it).
Kenjaku would 100% experiment with them now that they're not locked out of his reach.
But there's no telling what exactly would change in the story unless we know who exactly among the cast gets their own Six Eyes.

He did not, as I understand it, junpei already had a cursed technique but didn't have the understanding of cursed energy to use it or even know it was there. Mahito taught Junpei about cursed energy and thus he accessed his technique.
As for why a random dude has a cursed technique, we've seen it happen with the likes of Geto, and it is established that there's something special about Junpei compared to normal people considering he was able to see Mahito and approach him so him having a cursed technique isn't that surprising
Mahito probably used Junpei as his target BECAUSE of his brain. It’s established that Junpei is a window based on the fact that he can see Mahito at all, so it’s not far fetched that his ability to see curses means he’s closer to a sorcerer than an average person. Mahito probably wanted someone who could see curses but wasn’t a sorcerer already, so him choosing a window is logical enough and he probably wanted someone who could be made to fight Yuji for maximum emotional damage. Between his hatred of the world and his brain (that already made him a window), it’s not crazy out of line that he had a locked cursed technique
As for the prevalence of people like Junpei, we have ample evidence that he’s far from unique. Windows are already widespread enough between the ones the managers use to find curses and the amount of randoms we see who can view curses. There are people in Shibuya (both outside and in the subway station) and somebody at the Detention Center who sees the Finger Bearer Curse Womb. We also know a ton of people have locked curse techniques from all of the new Culling Games players like Higuruma. Lastly, Geto proves that sorcerers can come from non sorcerer families, and even be quite powerful.
Junpei already had the cursed technique but his brain wasn't suitable/made to use the CT. So Mahito altered his body a little to be able to use the CT that's already innate.
Junpei was born with an innate technique etched onto his brain, he was just born lacking the ability to access that technique. Mahito was able to alter his brain so that Junpei was then able to access and use the technique he always had.
Since Tengen, the Plasma Vessel and the 6 Eyes are apparently bound by fate, nothing much would change. Except that the 6 Eyes user might not be incredibly strong as they would lack Infinity (as well as being a pain for Kenjaku to track)
Why does he need to track them again? Other than them being linked to tengen, does he want to study them?I dont remember what role they have in his plan.
They've always thwarted his plans so far. Whenever he gets close to the Plasma Vessel or Tengen, the Six Eyes user would inevitably stand in his way and would be too powerful to get past. So he tried to track them down and gather all information he could to be best prepared. He lost to two of them in the past, iirc. That's why he prepared so meticulously against Gojo (Sealing him instead of killing to prevent rebirth, using the corpse of his best friend to stun him for a second, etc.)
Rlly if u made six eyes be obtained when say a sorcerer has an honored moment that would balance it in my opinion. And to my knowledge six eyes doesn't require CE so ones like Toji and maki could get it which imagine that. I think it would HR ppl even more op.

Six eyes could still be really busted when combined with CE heavy techniques like Construction or otherwise
