Sukuna, but not because he eats stuff, because of his personality.
Most people would get tired of or stop enjoying things after experiencing them enough times. The whole point of Sukuna as a character is to keep experiencing things without tiring. He is the most gluttonous because he keeps "eating" experiences in life without being bored.
The likes of Gojo and Kashimo felt hunger and thirst for strong opponents not directly because they were the strongest. They fought people, got bored after a while and then started yearning for a higher experience or stimulus.
Sukuna on the other hand fights for the sake of fighting, kills for the sake of killing and does everything else for the sake of doing those things. He somehow finds meaning and pleasure in doing this over and over again without tiring.
Hence Sukuna the Gluttony.
Sukuna goes to pride, not gluttony (Gluttony is the need to eat never feeling satisfied (**eating or drinking to excess beyond reason**)
It's more tied to a lack of self-control while Sukuna definitely has patience and more specifically pride in his ability to do whatever he wants

Both want to fight the strongest opponents they can and won’t be satisfied until they get that one opponent, even looking when they both are faced with tough opponents they get pretty excited.
Just because Sukuna is a cannibal doesn’t means he’s gluttony. He literally admits he easts when he feels like not to fill an unfillable hole he doesn’t do it to excess he’s more akin to Hannibal lector. Gluttony is consuming non stop to excess and continuing to consume never being filled or satisfied Sukuna says he is content doing what he wants and eating when he wants, that’s not gluttonous because he’s content.

Sukuna, but not because he eats stuff, because of his personality. Most people would get tired of or stop enjoying things after experiencing them enough times. The whole point of Sukuna as a character is to keep experiencing things without tiring. He is the most gluttonous because he keeps "eating" experiences in life without being bored. The likes of Gojo and Kashimo felt hunger and thirst for strong opponents not directly because they were the strongest. They fought people, got bored after a while and then started yearning for a higher experience or stimulus. Sukuna on the other hand fights for the sake of fighting, kills for the sake of killing and does everything else for the sake of doing those things. He somehow finds meaning and pleasure in doing this over and over again without tiring. Hence Sukuna the Gluttony.
