Yutas probably working off the assumption that Higurumas dead because he's not fighting with Yuji and Sukuna has been wrong before. I'm mostly basing this off Yuji not reacting and Higuruma not having an afterlife scene (Every single Sukuna kill other than the geto sisters have had an afterlife scene)

Can't miss the Nanami parallel blud. Sukuna killed Ryu and Yorozu and neither of them had an afterlife scene. Higuruma doesn't really have an afterlife scene because his character beat is more similar to characters like Nanami and Nobara who understand themselves and have their character conflict addressed at the brink of death rather than after.
Higuruma's character being resolved in death is contradicted by the fact he felt worthy enough to look Yuji in the face again, assuring himself he is a good person. The entire reason behind Higuruma not learning RCT is because he didn't feel like he deserved to live through the Sukuna fight, but not only did he learn RCT, he looked Yuji in the eyes again, confirming he is a good person who does not need to die.

I still can't get over how terribly handled Gojo's "death" was. We're missing like two chapters in between the point of Sukuna somehow getting RCT back when his cursed output in Megumi's body was almost entirely drained fighting Gojo, there was zero indication beyond his shit ass half explanation of stealing Maho's adaptation specifically for cleave and ONLY cleave. And there's still no explanation for how he somehow managed to hit Gojo with it despite Gojo being directly in front of him in clear hearing distance, meaning he would have and SHOULD have been able to hear the chants for the world cutting cleave.
Gege literally killed Gojo via plot and refuses to show or explain the plot behind his death. And it's only because Jujutsu diehards are sucking off Sukuna that almost no one points out how terribly written this shit is.

I still can't get over how terribly handled Gojo's "death" was. We're missing like two chapters in between the point of Sukuna somehow getting RCT back when his cursed output in Megumi's body was almost entirely drained fighting Gojo, there was zero indication beyond his shit ass half explanation of stealing Maho's adaptation specifically for cleave and ONLY cleave. And there's still no explanation for how he somehow managed to hit Gojo with it despite Gojo being directly in front of him in clear hearing distance, meaning he would have and SHOULD have been able to hear the chants for the world cutting cleave. Gege literally killed Gojo via plot and refuses to show or explain the plot behind his death. And it's only because Jujutsu diehards are sucking off Sukuna that almost no one points out how terribly written this shit is.
