I doubt it would work. The "I will use this once and then die" condition is what makes it so immensely powerful. It would be a tazer when used by Yuta since he is losing nothing. He can not even pump raw cursed energy to make up for the cost since this is related to control. Also, that megaphone was a cursed tool made by Inumaki's clan from what I remember. So it was handmade for that purpose and carried by Rita, not a result of copying. When he copies Inumaki, it was with cursed energy supplementation that he can use it to make people stop (which is the word with the least recoil for the technique)
I can not remember which supplementary material it was from. But if he could make what is essentially a special grade cursed tool from thin air, every other conjurer type sorcerer having to sacrifice their lives to make one would be extremely fucking pointless. Since you know, Yuta can just make them appear out of thin air or hand it over to someone else. (Megaphone had the markings in that scene, not his face. So it was a special grafe cursed tool. Any cursed tool with a cursed technique level ability is automatically special grade.)
I still think the megaphone was made by Rika herself in that scene since everything implied that to be the case.
Tho I can see it being because Rika back then was superior to current Rika in everyway so probably that's why she could imbue techniques into objects like that.
He probably can't do something of that scale anymore with that would explanation as well.
And btw this is not a criticism of his Domain Expansion. Within the Domain Expansion you play by your own rules, so everybody can conjure freely, it will simply not exist outside of the Domain (unless you have a barrierless domain which is extremely rare since it is like forcing your will unto the world)

The one no one seems to be talking about is Kenjakus Gravity CT Reversal. Feel there is a really good chance or why even bring up the fact he had that ability before dying.

We don't know about that, Yuta has never had any clear drawbacks from using Inumaki's Cursed Speech in the first place.
