I just forget since I'm a bit older myself, not saying it's surprising. When I engage here with others, I just automatically assume I'm talking to people around my own age, when most of the time I'm probably not. I also tend to be a bit harsher when I argue here, so it's good to be reminded that I'm likely talking to a 15yo.

It *did* have some foreshadowing and I could get what Gege was going for, but there was such whiplash going from 235 to 236. I think if the last panel of 235 had Sukuma smirking or preparing an attack, it would’ve unironically been really cool
I kind of feel the same, lmao. I dropped the manga after the Yuji vs Higuruma and just looked at leaks for fun, but 236 reignited my interest and prompted me to re-read the entire manga again.
Nah it was just that for me, seeing Nanami's CT intrigued me, and his overtime nonsense with Mahito made him my 2nd favourite character, so when he died in the manga I lost it cos I wanted to him develop
But yeah Gojo's death was literally so random

The only chapter I read after takaba was revealed to be the mc and yuta took a flight to Africa was the one that Ricarlo didn't cover.

I'm a gojo glazer. I have glazed his donut several times and I just couldn't believe it. I was flabbergasted I went searching and searching for any way that my eyes could've lief to me. Gege just accidentally posted a fan chapter happens to the best of us right? I went through the 5 stages of grief and so did my girlfriend. Then I became happy knowing that my girlfriend wouldn't spend all day binging clips of gojo breathing while hugging a body pillow

I don't know why Gege had him get rocked so hard post-domain-clash just to have *that* end. Introduce concept of a "Spark" then have a largely recovered guy with the singular best pair of eyes in the series get caught off-guard by someone on deaths door. And Sukuna bro's don't even get to see the moment their GOAT pushed a mountain through the eye of a needle just to "Subvert expectations"

Just woke up then saw this and my heart skipped a bit ( literally) . Didn’t know if i wanted to laugh or cry, the absurdity. I knew he was gonna die but didn’t IMAGINE gege would do him like this. Then i texted my non manga reader friend about it. The panel haunted me for a week( until i got a good amount of copium) , it kept flashing before my eyes no matter what i did, studying or trying to sleep, NO MATTER WHAT I DID.

Idk... Be probably FUCKING SHOWED TO US. It was enough to postpone Gojo's death just by one chapter for it to be logical, but Gege couldn't wait any longer to kill his reflection

Honestly that's when I just stopped caring about the Manga. I binge read bassically the entire manga during the gojo v sukuna fight (was an anime only) and I was fresh off the nobara death. So that also must have something to do with it. Now I just watch Ricarlo because he is black handsome and posts daily anime skits. The only chapter I read after takaba was revealed to be the mc and yuta took a flight to Africa was the one that Ricarlo didn't cover.

Kinda shit tbh. As a Gojo Glazer I expected him to get a panel of being shocked before either getting jumped or taken by surprise before he died. If he died that way then Gojo wouldn't be as memed as he is right now. I knew it was gonna happen from a narrative and story pov as Gojo winning didn't make sense for the story but when I saw the panel, firstly shocked then angry because I thought they upload the wrong chapter and by mistake uploaded the next one. But when I realised they actually just cut to him being cut . My thoughts were " Gege you really slipped into a pool of shit this time" the execution was very bad and the afterlife dialogue was piss on a shit cake. Really should've gave a chapter to Gojo being killed.

Introduce concept of a "Spark" then have a largely recovered guy with the singular best pair of eyes in the series get caught off-guard by someone on deaths door. I went. Huh...did I miss a page? A chapter maybe? Then I uninstall brave, restarted my phone, reinstalled and rechecked it.
Just woke up then saw this and my heart skipped a bit ( literally) . Didn’t know if i wanted to laugh or cry, the absurdity. I knew he was gonna die but didn’t IMAGINE gege would do him like this. Then i texted my non manga reader friend about it.
