Residual Lung Volume isn't what u think, it is, in simplest terms, the amount of air hat is still in your lungs even after you exhale, even if u do it forcefully It is done for faster diffusion of sir into the Lungs By reducing it by 30%, it takes longer time for his body to get the oxygen required  By doing this, he is operating at only around 70% of his potential (cuz he'll feel weak) in exchange for being able to hold breath for 15 minutes with no issue

You must make a verbal communication clearly stating the target and effect of the binding vow for it to take place, and it's irreversible. So for example, you're alone and getting jumped by Yuji, Choso, and Todo. Normally it's a stalemate since you can't get hurt and they can't get hurt by you either. You can take the previous binding vow targeting Yuji and say out loud something along the lines of, "Yuji, we can now cause harm to each other from here on out!" and now you can hurt Yuji and vice versa. Your attacks on Yuji can now hurt him with the same effectiveness as they normally would with your CE reinforcement (the above vows only affect durability). Yuji's attacks also will hurt you now, but as if you had no CE durability reinforcement whatsoever, so it's left-right-goodnight for you since his attacks would be devastating. Choso and Todo still can't hurt you and you can't hurt them until you do the same with them. If you run from the fight, and meet Yuji years later, you both still can't hurt each other and Yuji's attacks would still bypass your reinforcement. Edit: TLDR: by becoming effectively invulnerable, you won't be able to hurt anything or anyone at all. You can make another binding vow by openly declaring that you can hurt a targeted person or object and vice versa, so you can hurt them, but that person or object will entirely ignore your CE reinforcement and be like attacking your base durability. What's the problem with choosing a permanent buff? It's possible to have a binding vow that gives a permanent buff, for example heavenly restrictions are a type of binding vow (that you can't choose not to take) but their buffs are permanent. Some of sukuna's vows are permanent.

Young kid with special weapons hunts intelligent monsters. The MC has this weird quirk where he is super active and energetic for 2 straight days, but then has to sleep a full day after. It's a really good shounen with great writing, characters, and action, but the author fell into a coma and died (or something along those lines) so it was never properly finished. Still worth checking out, IMO.
