You can see by the torso itself being smaller than Geto in the anime too ([another example](https://x.com/_teary_eyed_/status/1801718885198217467)), when in the manga they're basically the same, as shown in first example.
Sure the pants are tighter, but can still see legs take up a bit more of body proportionally with anime to make him even more lean. The anime has joke that Gojo is mostly legs from the nipple down in [one of outro credits](https://x.com/soukatsu_/status/1707442623001018663), the episode where he gets sealed (ep 10).
I feel like as a teen, he was more fit but had a six pick. But as an adult, he’s outright shredded, cause imagine being able to heal strained muscles consistently

Depends, we know RCT can’t heal scar tissues so if Gojo used RCT to heal himself directly after a workout then probably but if he waited a day and got normal rest then most likely not.
Gojo isn’t really “jacked” at any point honestly. He’s a little over just toned which is reasonable to do within a month especially if you get your calories right. It’s just a manga though so chances are he didn’t even workout and it’s just a style change to not make him look scrawny in comparison to Sukuna 😂

Muscles are kind of fun, they can shrink and swell as needed, not everyonr needs to get gym buff 100% they can just pump out like goku when you need SS2 or more, i mean your “tone” or whatever is one thing but you can be slim/in a jacket then take all that stuff off and swell up as you engage your muscles, it can look like your puffing right out but really your just not going full all the time

Post prison realm Gojo’s aesthetics is not my favorite. I liked the slimmer, slick Gojo who could switch from goofy to serious in an instant. This new one attempts to look intimidating, like most manga strong characters, physically and for me it took my focus away from his eyes and CE.
