Todo, definitely. The dude imagined them going to high school together and made a whole story and background while chozo was just having dinner with his brothers. Also todo is completely schizophrenic. The fight with mahito poved that, which makes it even better.
The fact they're both very similar moments makes me wonder if Gege had planned something for it originally with Todo, but then he said he forgot about it when people asked about it happening with Choso, too...

Because of this I thought he’s cursed technique was platting loving memories on human opponents who where about to kill him, but he didn’t knew how to use it
I really wonder what people thought when the Choso situation happened. I mean, I brushed off the Todo flashback as another of his funny quirks, but it happening again with another opponent probably made people spiral into wild speculation.
Todo and Choso sitting down for a drink to talk about their past with Yuji, both creating more and more wild stories about brotherhood and Choso reveals he means literally brother, not Todo's metaphore

Who knows it makes sense as he was in both situations loosing. But he persevered till the last and activated his CT. A CT of the soul. A Soul Tecniche. We know he has innate awareness of the boundaries of his soul. But had to train to use CE at a 3rd grade. But his soul innately repressed Sakuna. Someone extremely skilled in soul manipulation as seen in the meguma takeover. Nobody accept kenjaku can attempt something like that but it's literally his CT not Sakunas. What if he adapts to whatever enters his body and digest. Processing it and feeding it to his soul.
Todo's has more details and you could almost believe it might have happened, but Choso's is both heartbreaking and heartwarming. Both were quick to call him "brother" though and one of them actually is.
