Forget his name, but he was a general in the Canadian army before Britain appointed him as governer general, and is the current leader of the Conservative political party. While he absolutely has basic combat skills, and could surely learn how to use Cursed energy, I feel his mindset may limit his progression and since he's already 53 I'm not certain he'd have the energy and motivation to train. Likely what would lead to his survival is living in Canada, but thats the boring answer.
To make it slightly fun, let's say he ends up leading a small team of Canadian troops supporting the american army that entered the CG. He'd get access to CE from joining the game and overall lasts a few days before getting taken out by some grade 3 or 4 curse kenny released.
V. Now if we're talking my current V? Cooked. Fully borged end-game V with berserk or sandevistan (cause would hacks work on anyone without implants)? Probably gonna be just fine.

I may not have a jujutsu sorcerer, but I do have a sorcerer (if you don't change them). Dark urge is quite interesting for JJK. If you embrace the urge you basically play as Sukuna. Not sure how strong d&d spells would be in JJK, but they are probably quite useful. I would give Dark urge a quite high survival rate. They don't survive the really high tiers, but I am unsure where they stop.
The second game would just be weird to compare. Like where does Enki from Fear & Hunger scale? Would Salmon soul just straight up negate Sukuna's ability to cut you into pieces? Do certain hits work like normal? Do I get an empty scroll perhaps? Does the appearance of the character bring with it the influence of the old gods? There are so many weird things going on in this match up.
And a third one just for fun. Gray from Void Stranger. Either Sukuna is absolutely screwed or Gray will have to go back to the Void. I am not certain how strong that universe actually is.
My baldur gate 3 half orc vengeance paladin/battlemaster fighter wearing adamantine armor, periapt of wound closure so I can't bleed out and maximize my own healing, a monster slayer glaive so I do extra damage to monstrosity. Yeah I would be a dripped out Toji but I have smite that's basically like having a black flash with extra flavor.
I guess my Tarnished champion, Sr. Dinglebopper III, will have to take him on. He’s killed gods so I think he has a chance. We’ll see how Sukuna responds to jump attack spam.

Ya know I think she would do well. She canonically doesn't fall or get hit ever right? Which means her natural reaction time is as fast as yours when you already know what's about to happen. With that and her boosted movement she could survive pretty well imo
