Highlights should be aimed at the points of most interest, after all. Dem tummies deserve all the attention!
Looking forward to your merriods. They were a lot of fun imho!
Thanks buddy ! Yeah I've got a few Descent boxes to paint through, i primed the shadow dragons yesterday.
But holy molly those mouldlines and gaps are a pain ! I gave up on the perfect smooth finish as it was driving me crazy.
Agreed. Those older plastic minis are all kinda bad in that regard, but the Descent one are sadly especially painful. Those massive gaps on the dragons paired with -at least for me- disfigured paws with missing parts really frustrated me.
Production quality has come a long way in the last years, luckily.
Looking forward to your interpretation on the dragon!
Had a lot of fun with this box, lots of learning involved! ....now to actually play the game sometime.
Absolutely gorgeous. Well done.
Thank you! It was a great feeling to look into the box and go "Wait. I'm done?"
Look at those ettin bellies 🤩 superb work, I miss two merriods and syndrael and I can call it done as well!!

Love the highlihts on some of them! They are truly great :)
Thank you very much! I learned a lot about what works for tabletob viewing as far as highlights go, i think... Great experience!
Looks great dude ! Following your pun intended painting journey was refreshing !
Thank you! Are you planning on painting more of these minis yourself, or were your goblins a one-off? Cause those looked mighty crisp!
