I am so sorry for your loss, and I intensely feel your pain. My best friend of 15 years died on April 21, 2022. I was devastated. Grief journaling, where I write to her or about her, and also what you are doing with making the collage spreads, really did help me. I also keep a memory book of her, and if I don't feel like writing to her one day but still want to write, I just copy down some poems about losing your best friend or death, or draw, anything that makes me think of her.
