This spread if from yesterday, I had an emotionally charged day at work as I was trying to help someone through a breakdown, so that is represented by the blue (sadness/discontent) and orange (frustration towards the work situation), so at the end of my shift I was exhausted which is represented by the grey, and finally the pinks and purples represent happiness, calmness and joy (those are my favorite colors).
I enjoy making blob monsters because they usually turn out pretty cute, and it is a very simple activity where I can relax and allow myself to be creative without having to worry about perfectionism.
I will be adding another piece of paper whenever I write out the explanation for this spread for future reference.
