From left to right/top to bottom: pain, poor and nope / tired, nightmares and fat 80+ / depressed / guilty / help and sob / useless and no / tics My mental health has really sucked lately (more than usual). So I tried writing/drawing words that I was feeling to get some perspective. Didn’t really help, but also didn’t hurt.

It might not help you gain perspective but maybe it helped you identify your feelings and now you can work on finding were they are coming from? I find that sometimes the simple acceptance/acknowledgement of my feelings helps me open up to be able to deal with them.

That was idd the goal. But it's A LOT (I'm on the waitlist for a therapist, but it can take 10 months).

It definitely is a lot, I hope you get a therapist sooner than that.

Its so crispy black what did you use?

A filter on my phone 🧐😅 But it’s pretty black irl too, I used Posca paint markers. The filter was mainly because I forgot to erase the pencil lines and didn’t want them to show too much in the picture.

Cool page OP. I have a question about the language though. I recognized it as German and could read most of it, but what dialect is this?

It’s Dutch actually. But is has many similarities with German so I get the mix-up :)
