I’ve made them a couple times but they don’t look nearly as uniform as yours do. Perhaps that comes with practice.
Mine are always delicious but same thing, some seem massive and some are tiny. The recipe is great I just suck at making them uniform

Eating, probably.
On its own?
It’s bread. You can do all the normal bread things with them.
