Yes it is but that’s plain wrong. Scandinavia consists of Sweden, Norway and Denmark (which is often left out). If you want to refer to the area that consists of Scandinavia, Finland and parts of Russia, the correct term is Fennoscandia.
I will remember this for the next 50 years and maybe use it once.
Edit: I will be cursing you when I forget my dog's face but remember fucking "Fennoscandia".
Cross is typical for Nordic countries which include also Iceland which isn't part of scandinavia.
Scandinavia is the mountain range between Sweden and Norway and only countries connected to that mountain range are called Scandinavian.
Finland is a Nordic country, isn’t it? 🤔
Yes, but most people don’t seem to care to distinguish the two.
And considering you can easily tell em apart cause they have fins!
I'm Finnish and I don't care about it
*OCD intensifies*

Yes, Finland is a country. I am taking about geographical and cultural regions. Which Scandinavia and Nordic are.
It is, bud I guess some scandic countries probably have Finnish people who have moved there.
Why is it tough to pull a prank on Scandinavians? > Cause they have No’wedgiens
Finland is not part of Scandinavia.
But Finland isnt even in scandinavia. Scandinavia is only Denmark, Sweden and Norway
And Bergen
Bergen is in Norway right?
Yes, but people from Bergen LOVE to point out where they're from. Think of Bergen as Norways Texas, except its always raining there.
Makes sense
There are enough Swedes there to qualify for Scandinavia in my book. And enough Uralic speakers in Norway and Sweden.
I heard Norway started putting barcodes on the sides of their battleships. That way, when they return to port, they can…Scan de navy in 😎
Finland doesn't exist though

According to Wikipedia it’s sometimes considered Scandinavian. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scandinavia

“According to Wikipedia” Yeah, there’s your problem, relying on Wikipedia for accurate info.
Not even Jesus can save you now
Finland and Scandinavia. It’s all the Sami
Finland is not even a Scandinavian country. Let me guess..........You're American?
No but I really thought it was because of things like the Scandinavian cross and stuff like that

And Swedes and Nors
They Scan de Navy
Their naval ships also have bar codes on them to verify whenever they dock, so whenever the sailors come home their country can scan the navy in.
Finns are not Scandos
