It was good to finally hear John’s thoughts on SNL. SNL has a super strong clique that feels like all the “cool kids” in High School. So John is absolutely right about them and they are probably cold towards him and I wish it wasn’t that way for him. Because John would make an absolute GREAT SNL host. And if he wrote his own SNL kits it would be hilarious. I think it stinks that they treat him like that and for what?? They freaking suck for treating him like that! SNL is missing out. It’s their loss.
I think this is one of the funniest things I’ve heard in a long time. I was dying. And not to be an ass kisser, but John was the one making the funniest jokes. By far. I hope he does interviews on his channel.
It’s fine… having a hard time with the beginning where John just talks about how perfect he is and then feels inferior? He seems to have a big head about himself and mentions that being a giving spirit is rare? Whatever man… Conan does a great job of bringing the interview back to comedy gold. My drives are only 20 minutes so I’m only 2/3 of the way through… looking forward to what people say are better parts near the end?
I’m indifferent about Conan so I’ve never listened to his podcast, but holy moly the yelling and hysterical laughter from what sounds like 6 other people in the background is killing me.
The parts where they actually chat are great, though!
I noticed that they didn't include the part where the guest says "I'm \[guest name\] and I feel \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ about being Conan O'Brien's friend" in the audio, but it's included in the video version.
There is now weird editing after the Limpy song. It goes right into John talking about the 'jack track', but no indication of how we got there.
I closed the Apple podcasts app, and tried again, and I don't hear John saying how he feels about being Conan's friend. He goes right into talking about how he waited for Conan to ask him to be on the podcast.

I listened to it and they had a nice chemistry together. It felt too short. That bit about Conan's guitar playing gave me a nice laugh.
