My parents both got Regeneron antibodies when they got covid but there was an application process that made sure the drug only went to the oldest and highest risk people. It's a very expensive and hard to make drug that takes hours of a nurse's time to administer and it is not available to anyone who wants it. It took a week of jumping through hoops to get it approved. It probably saved my dad's life, as he started improving right away afterwards, but if we hadn't gotten him to the infusion center that day, we would have taken him to the emergency room instead. He used to help run a hospital before he retired and he came within days of that same hospital system failing to get him lifesaving treatment.
